Infinity Consulting Solutions is Hiring an IT Business Systems Analyst Near Evanston, IL
Location: Skokie, ILCompensation Range: $40/hr. to $45/hr.
The IT Business Systems Analyst is responsible for the development, implementation and ongoing improvement of our critical business and clinical technology systems. In this role, you will partner with end-users to support their use of existing and implement new business applications. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, well-organized, and able to create and implement a project plan. Creating and updating system documentation and manuals for end-user support is an essential skill.
What You'll Do / Skills / Experience You Will Need:
- Interest in people, ability to relate to employees at all levels and possesses strong problem solving, communication, and analytic skills
- Interest in the business of Senior Living and Healthcare and how our critical systems support our organization
- Strong analytical, data management and reporting skills
- Strong written, verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, customer service and influential skills
- Strong attention-to-detail and follow through skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline required
- At least two years previous experience as a Business Analyst
- Previous experience in project management
- Able to independently lead, coordinate, plan, and oversee projects
- Previous experience supporting large business critical systems
- Advanced proficiency in Word and Excel, Office 365
- Basic understanding of the SQL programing language
- Write and maintain procedures that outline the process flows of various systems
- Able to effectively train small and large groups (public speaking)

- Paychex Flex (Payroll)
- BSwift (Benefit enrollment)
- OnShift Scheduling
- Netsmart myUnity EMR
- NetSuite (General Ledger, Accounts Payable)
- Visual Touch POS (or other Point of Sale Systems)
- PN3 – Electronic Invoice Processing
